• Planning Kit- Full planning guide to help us make your wedding PERFECT. Pre-planning allows us to ensure that your special day will be as close to your personality as possible, making your wedding unique to you! 
• Final Planning meeting, (Roughly 1 month prior to the date) to answer questions, go over details and walk through the entire timeline. This meeting can be done in person or via Zoom/Facetime. This allows you to get all of your questions and concerns addressed with sufficient time before the big day.
• Full access to our state of the art music systems perfected over decades of weddings, corporate events and private parties.
• Full access to our entire library of music, to make your ceremony, cocktail hour dinner and dancing, just right! 
• Pre-Purchase discount for extra hours. (Additional hours may be added to your package at $150 per hour up to 1 week before the event.  All additional hours requested the week of the event and on the day, can be purchased for $200.)

We operate at a very high level of professionalism and follow a list of strict rules so that our reputation remains stellar.  Since we get a majority of our business from happy newlyweds, we NEED to make sure your celebration is AMAZING, so that we get calls for years to come. Here are a few of our guidelines you can expect when booking Plymouth Rock Entertainment : 

Ample Travel Time: Every wedding package includes 1 FREE Hour of travel time.  (Travel time may be negotiated if circumstances warrant.) We take pride in our prompt and early arrivals so that everything can be ready once your first guest arrives.  Just like you, our entire day is about your wedding! So much so, that we will NOT perform any other weddings or events on your special day.  Many DJ's, photographers and even wedding venues will try and squeeze 2 events into the 24 hr period.  We understand that this is how many wedding professionals make their money and support their families, but for us your date is exclusive to you. 

Proper Dress: We know every wedding is different, yet our commitment to professionalism extends to not just our music and crystal clear sound, but to how we dress.  Over the years we have performed at events that ranged from beach casual all the way to black tie formal.  Your event isn't about US.  People are not there to see the DJ.  They are there to celebrate with the stars of the night, you!  If there is no specific instructions on attire, you can be sure that we will appear looking our best for you and your guests! ABSOLUTELY NO DRINKING/SMOKING:  This seems obvious, but you would be surprised at how many weddings were ruined because of inappropriate behavior for vendors, most especially the DJ!  It is our policy that NO alcoholic beverages, drugs or smoking, of any kind will be tolerated by our team.   

RESPECT FOR THE EVENT- This is a wedding and not a frat party! So when we come into an event, we will always await instruction from the Bride(s), Groom(s)  on how the energy, volume and tone should be carried out.  You will never have to worry that we will behave in a way that embarrass ourselves, never mind you.   

TEAMWORK- Weddings are usually carried out by a whole team of respected professionals and the DJ is usually the one that must keep everyone informed and on the same page.  Our track record for successful weddings comes from working seamlessly with your wedding coordinator, photographer, caterer, videographer and officiant.  If the DJ goes into the 1st dance and the photographer is our of the room, then you miss out.  We make sure that all the little things behind the scenes are taken care of so that your day is everything you always dreamed. 

SETUP/PRESENTATION- Just as our physical appearance needs to be spot on, so does our area to which we will be playing from.  We make sure all of our cables, wires and equipment is stored out of view so that everything looks neat for your pictures.  Our table will have a clean linen and table skirt to match the theme of your celebration.
